Flow Process:
-Raw material platform→ carrying coil car→ hydraulic un-coiler→ feeding guide plate→ pair pinching roller or five rollers leveling→ front looping table→ Servo feeder→ Power press→ scrape cutting shear →Electric control

- NC /CNC control machine with touch screen facility.
- Coil is feeding into the press tool with zigzag feeder which moves in 2 axis with the help of servo motor.
- Y-axis movement on hardened chrome rods by highly accurate linear ball screw.
- Different sizes available from 600/1250/1500 mm sheet width.
- Very efficient for blanking of SS coils ( from 75 mm to 600 mm blank sizes)
- High speed.
- Yield/ recovery is very high.
